Database Connection Issue!! Warning Issue
Problem: I receive a yellow Database Connection Issue Window.
Resolution: You may receive this error while restoring a .idbak file, if you do close the software after the restore and then log back into the software. The yellow box should go away after that.
You may receive this error in the monitor and control screen, if you do the database may be full of transactions. If you see this window during normal operation, you are having a true database connection issue. Contact technical support for further assistance.
