How can I get support for IDentipass?

As of December 31, 2015 all software and hardware support for IDentipass has been discontinued. The IDentipass family of software and hardware have reached its end of life.

If you have customer still running IDentipass and need support Technical Support you will be charged for support.

Please contact Technical Support via phone or email and get a quote for support for IDentipass.

We recommend getting the customer upgraded to the current PremiSys Software.

We offer a concierge service when converting from IDentipass or setting up a new PremiSys system.
