Activating PremiSys ID™ Mobile License

All license activations must be performed exclusively on the PremiSys server computer.

To activate your mobile licenses, please follow these steps:

  1. After purchasing your mobile client licenses, contact our Tech Support at 1-(800)-562-3343.
  2. Tech Support will provide you with challenge codes that you need to provide them with in order to assign a key for your system.
  3. Open PremiSys ID and go to Help > License Upgrade in the main menu.
  4. In the License Management window, navigate to the "Mobile" tab.
  5. Click on the "Upgrade" button within the License Management window.
  6. The License Upgrade window will open, displaying numbers in the Code 1 and Code 2 fields.
  7. Share the numbers in the Code 1 and Code 2 fields with the Tech Support Representative.
  8. The Tech Support Rep will give you a code to enter into the Reg Key 1 field. If no code is provided for Reg Key 2, enter zero.
  9. Click "OK" to complete the process.
  10. Wait for the License Management screen to reappear, indicating that all the purchased Mobile licenses are now activated in your PremiSys ID system.
  11. Finally, close the License Management window by clicking the red "X."
