Can not access web configuration page - EP Controller
You try to open the web configuration page on an EP controller and receive a message about, the site can’t provide a secure connection. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
HID Service bulletin released about this issue.
You may also try this method to access the EP Controller.
The browser you are using is using newer protocols to make the connection.
1. Open Microsoft Edge browser and enter in the IP Address of the EP controller in the address bar.
2. You will receive the error about cipher mismatch, look right on the address bar you will see a small internet explorer icon. Click the internet explorer icon and this will open internet explorer compatibility mode.
3. Click Done on the IE compatibility options window.
4. You will receive a message that the site in not secure. Click More information drop-down arrow. Click the link Go on to the Webpage.
5. The page opens up to the controller splash screen.
