Printer is Printing Two Cards When it Should Print One.
If your printer is unintentionally printing two cards instead of one when attempting to print a double-sided card, the issue may be due to a driver setting that restricts printing to only one side of the card.
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Open the "Printers & Scanners" settings in your Windows operating system.
- Locate your card printer within the list.
- Review the following examples of various driver configurations:
- Ensure that the driver settings allow for double-sided printing and adjust them accordingly.
- Verify that the printing preferences and printing defaults are correctly configured to enable double-sided printing.
- Once you have made the necessary changes in both the Printing Preferences and Printing Defaults, it is essential to restart the IDenticard Print Manager. This will ensure that the changes take effect and are properly loaded.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and ensure that your printer correctly prints one double-sided card instead of two separate cards.
