Setting up Card Formats PremiSys - Allegion Locks

1. Click on tasks -> Hardware Configuration.
2. Click on the access settings tab and select the card format folder.
1. a. This will display all of the available card formats and if they are active or not.
Double click on the desired card format and make sure it is setup the correct way.
Check the Active box which will allow you to then select the card format under the door properties.
Click on the hardware tab and select the doors folder to edit the door and add the desired format.
Double click on the door you want to make the change and select the card format tab.
Make sure the active card format is checked and click ok.
Right click and select download controller on the appropriate controller a box will pop up click download.

1. Click on tasks -> Hardware Configuration.
2. Click on the ENGAGE Hardware tab and double click on the appropriate door you are trying to setup whether it is an offline or online door. (NOTE: Offline is a wifi lock, Online is a lock using IP Gateway)
3. Click on the card format tab and select the desired format then click ok.
4. Once this is complete go into the navigator and double click the record you want to edit.
5. Click on the edit card under card configuration and select the ENGAGE tab.
1. a. Here you will select the appropriate format and setup the correct site codeOnce you have setup the card with the correct settings click ok and save the record.
Once you have setup the card with the correct settings click ok and save the record.
If you are using an offline lock, connect to it through the engage app and issue an update from server. If using the offline solution with an IP gateway you will need to wait for a Door File Update Successful transaction to come through.
